Estate Planning

 Clint is an attorney licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and Florida and provides representation in the areas of estate planning, probate administration and tax preparation and planning.

He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and Michigan State University College of Law. He currently serves as a Commissioner on the Avon Landmark Preservation Commission, the President of the Avon French Creek Foundation, council member of the Avon Cleveland Clinic Community Advisory Council, North Ridge Scenic Byway and Biking/Walking Path Committee, Cetera Advisors Advisory Council, and Leadership Lorain County.

He resides in Avon with his wife, Alissa, and their four children, Samantha, Blake, Farrah, and Astoria. On the weekends you can find him at the office or at home enjoying time with his family, going for walks, playing with the kids outside, volunteering as a Sunday school teacher and youth football coach.

Doug is an attorney licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and Florida. He focuses on tax preparation and estate planning, including probate avoidance and the creation of trusts, wills, and power of attorney documents.

Before joining the GLG team, Doug drafted legislation as an attorney for the Florida Senate, covering areas such as business organization, economic development, taxation, estates and trusts.

Doug received his Bachelor of Arts degree from John Carroll University and his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. His dedication to serving others has been recognized by both universities, receiving the Outstanding Student Leader Award in 2009 and a certificate of Outstanding Pro Bono Service in 2012.

Doug resides in Westlake with his wife, Ashley; their sons, Austin, Luke, and Benjamin; and their dog, Emma. When he's not at the office, you'll find Doug spending time with his family and checking up on his favorite sports teams. He is also a lector at St. Raphael Parish in Bay Village.

 Jessica is an attorney licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and Florida. She focuses her practice on estate planning, probate administration, probate avoidance planning, trusts, tax law, and business formations.

She received her bachelor's degree in Political Science from Westminster College and graduated from the University of Akron School of Law with her Juris Doctor degree.

Jessica is a member of the Trumbull County Bar Association where she serves as co-chair of the Young Lawyers Committee and is a Magistrate at Mahoning County Probate Court. She is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Florida Bar, Mahoning County Bar Association, vice-chairman of the Howland Park Board, and the chairperson for the Howland Township Tree Lighting Festival.

Jessica is Clint and Doug's sister-in-law. She is married to their oldest brother, Glenn. Together they have two children, Gianna and Gavin. She and her family reside in Howland, Ohio. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and volunteering for various organizations.
